Convenient location, adequate facilities.
Convenient location, right next to the Termini train and bust station. Although there is a high frequency of people there were no safety issues, even later in the evening the area is safe. There are many hotels in the area, therefore an abundance of restaurants, shops etc., but most convenient is the easy access to bus and train stations. The hotel and rooms are clean, and well maintained with good internet. Check-in/check out was fast and efficient. Staff is very friendly.
The hotel seems to have been renovated and the room had a "nice look" but low on comfort and practicality. Very small bathroom, almost no place to put your presonal items. Except for the breakfast area, there are no facilities such as restaurant, bar, caffe etc. For a four star hotel it doesn't offer much. The breakfast was low quality, we didn't even bother to go when we realised it was same old stuff every day. If there was a coffee machene in the room we would not have bothered with breakfast. Overall not a bad place but underperformed on value for your money.
